At Vexias, we do not have an hourly rate. All of our work is quoted on a project by project basis. Unless the scope of the project changes, requiring an additional quotation, the price quoted at the beginning is the price you pay at the end – no hidden fees or surprises. Whether you need a simple tweak, content edit, or minor work to enhance your visitor experience and website functionality, we can help.
Website Hosting
We offer hosting plans on Windows, Linux, FreeBSD and Cold Fusion servers and can accommodate applications and websites employing Microsoft Access, MySQL, and SQL Server databases utilizing HTML, ASP, ASP.net, Javascript, PHP, and many other programming languages. Currently, we do not have specific hosting plans as all hosting plans are tailored to your specific needs and requirements. This way, you pay only for what you need and not for other server resources you’ll never use. If you require web site hosting, please be sure to advise us of this when you request a quote.
eCommerce Solutions
Selling products and services online has never been easier! Content Management System (CMS)
In addition to our experience and expertise in deploying and customizing popular CMS solutions such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, we also offer a custom built, easy to use system which allows you to add, edit or delete unlimited pages with our easy to use WYSIWIG (What You See Is What You Get) Visual Editor. Our system creates Search Engine Friendly pages with the ability to credit and edit Meta Tags (Title, Description, Keywords, and Robots) on a page by page basis. Other features include Printer Friendly Pages, database generated menus and submenus, search tool, scrolling news, automatic Sitemap, Photo Galleries with zoom feature, Calendar of Events, and even an eCommerce Shopping Cart add on (available by request). In addition, because the entire CMS was developed in-house, it is completely and fully customizable to meet your exact specifications.
Service and Maintenance Contracts
If you require maintenance on your website without the time and expense involved in retaining in-house staff to take care of these tasks, let Vexias be your IT Department. Our Service and Maintenance contracts begin at $150.00 per month for five hours. If you require a Service and Maintenance Contract to include more hours, or more advanced services, we will work with you to fit your needs. Contracts are beneficial to clients who require frequent website work but do not wish to hire and maintain employees. Turn-around is always within 72 hours of the request. Contracts are on a month to month basis, with no long term commitment – you may cancel at any time.
Application Development and Integration
Do you require a unique, custom database driven application? Whether it be a blog, message board, link directory, photo gallery, business listing directory, or something completely unique to your business, we can develop a solution for you. In most cases an Open Source application may exist to fulfill your needs. Since most Open Source applications are free (or relatively low cost), the only cost to you is for installation, customization and deployment of the application – saving you both time and money by not having to reinvent the wheel. In some cases Open Source applications may have limitations or restrictions as to where they may be deployed, in which case an application may need to be developed from scratch; however, these cases are rare. You will always be advised up front of any costs involved before beginning your project.
